When preparing your study holiday, you may need
additional services: obtaining a visa, going from the airport to your
accommodation on arrival, travelling around Russia. How do you organize that if
you don't yet speak Russian and you are not on the spot? Whether you choose Moscow,
Saint-Petersburg or Nizhny-Novgorod, CREF can propose a wide range of
services to facilitate your arrival and your stay.
Invitation, entrance visa for Russia
CREF will take care of sending you the
official invitation which will enable you to obtain a Russian visa.
You can either prepare your visa application
yourself, or else ask for help from one of the partners selected by CREF in
your country of residence.
Transfer from the airport to your accommodation
CREF will pick you up from the international airport and take you
to your accommodation. A car will be waiting for you at your accommodation to
take you back to the airport for your departure.
Registration
in your town of residence
In Russia
foreign visitors are obliged to register with the immigration office (OVIR).
CREF can handle this process for you in your town of residence, at no extra
cost. N.B.: CREF is only able to register those
persons invited by the CREF within the scope of a language study holiday.
Reservation
of your train tickets and interior flights in Russia
CREF with its partner Tsar Voyages can reserve your
transport from Moscow to Saint
Petersburg or to Nizhny Novgorod within
the context of your language study holiday. We can also reserve train tickets
and internal flights for any destination in Russia or for the surrounding
countries on your behalf. Do not hesitate to consult us should you wish to
extend your language study period to allow you to discover more of Russia on a
sightseeing holiday.
